Snow in October!

Last week, we spent time in supply management. It was a pretty interesting week in terms of the things they do as well as the team they have. They all seems to go well together. I believe though the biggest factor in their department success is their leader. She is optimistic, energetic and has great listening skills. This week I am in QA at another site and so far I have been reading deviation documents as well as getting a good look at cleaning validation! After being in non-scientific departments it is refreshing to get back to my roots and look at technical issues.
I must admit that this plant works pretty effective. In their meetings, I truly see a big family that despite their own ways of thinking, they truly care for what they are doing and want to help!

Anyways, last Sunday Pishi and I went to Kathy and Hamid's wedding. It was wonderful. We danced the night off and had a great time. The bride and groom were elegant and looked great together. This weekend we are going to a friend's housewarming gathering and I am thinking about Halooweeeeeeen!!! The weather is getting cold and we got the first snow in Toronto today!
